This Constitution was valid from 2008 to 2025. As of 2025, it is no longer in use or considered an authoritative reference for governance. We are currently awaiting the official publication of the new Statute, which will be issued by the Serbian Orthodox Church in its official publication, “Glasnik” (Herald).
